About Carl Koch Construction
At Carl Koch Construction PTY (Ltd), our story is one rooted in a rich history of dedication and excellence in the construction industry. Our founder, Carl Koch, embarked on his remarkable journey in 1994, launching his career at CPJ Building and Renovations cc. However, Carl’s path to construction greatness was forged even earlier. After graduating from High School Ben Vorster in Tzaneen in 1989, he served with distinction in the SAP Flying Squad Pretoria from 1990 to 1993.
Through the years, Carl’s passion for construction grew. During this time, he undertook challenging projects, including constructing lodges in Madikwe and various endeavors in and around Pretoria. Notably, Carl played a pivotal role in the construction of off-ramp tollgates on the N1 between Carousel and Pretoria for Bakwena.
In 2005, Carl took the next significant step in his career by joining CMC Koch Construction as a foreman. His relentless work ethic and unwavering commitment propelled him to new heights, eventually leading to his appointment as a shareholder and Director in 2016.
One of Carl’s most notable achievements as a Site Manager was overseeing the successful completion of the Giyani Mall, a project valued at R 326 Million, delivered on time and to the highest standards.
In 2019, together with his wife Adri, who had previously worked alongside him as a PA on projects such as Lephalale Mall and Musina Mall, Carl founded Carl Koch Construction PTY (Ltd). This dynamic duo is renowned for their relentless dedication to delivering the precise standards and quality specified by their clients, consistently striving for excellence.
